Graphics settings won't save

I’ve always played WoW in windowed mode. Especially since I’ve got one ultrawide. Now, WoW launches in full screen and I have to manually adjust it every single time.

This started happening after an Nvidia update, but also a wow update.

I’ve already tried running as admin and changing it then. It didn’t help.

Most commonly this would be due to addons, or otherwise manually set cvars.
