Hey since new patch I noticed (in pvp and open world) when I use grappling hook on outlaw rogue, the CD and animation trigger but it doesn’t do anything.

Been having the same problem at random types with harpoon! Thought it was cause of obstacles or something but it seems to be a common bug.

Yeah, quite annoying cuz it’s going on full CD without doing anything.
It’s happening sometimes no matter what terrain you are traing grapple to - even on some flat surface
It also bug when you use it to max range, it trigger but you don’t move :s
