Man i dont know but in my line of work , when there is an expected event ( like i would assume new content release is ) heads would roll if something like this happened. There people who are pretty much dedicated for this. Its almost 3 hours this is going on , decent chunk of time to fix login issues.

its not just login issue, multiple services are off.
How is this 3h when half of my guild log in at 19h was almost 20 and was no issue.
