They could not shutdown, but simply not launch Phase 3 until the problem is solved, but they don’t care about us.

weird they cant fix servers in more than 2hours,meanwhile some eu players are online. we could use some clarification on expected time to solve this issue - i mean, did the server burst into fire? or the building with it in? or is this a rollback and done in 3 mins?

Yesterday Blizzard had a ban wave on bots, and today those bot owners are DDOSing Blizzard. And as noone is working in Europe at those hours, there won’t be any fix till tomorrow :slight_smile:

Seems like genius level thinking from Blizzard.

Cut their income stream in half as probably half the players are bots, then lose further players to frustration at their sheer incompetence and lack of foresight. Offer zero explanation besides “We are aware but thanks for your money” and see what happens.
