Great Seal is way, WAY too far from boat

I think most of players on Horde side can agree that Great Seal is WAY too far from our boat. We need much faster travel between the two parts of Atal’dazar, not a slow flight path. From Horde boat, it takes longer time to just reach the flight master than what it takes as Alliance to reach every relevant thing in their city. I’ve flown between the two halves of Atal’dazar so many times it must add up to hours by now. People even use hearthstones to avoid the flight. Isn’t that enough to prove how ridiculous the situation is?

Bring the two halves of Atal’dazar closer. It could be a Pa’ku totem, or it could be special portal. Goblin teleporter pad. Anything. Please?

Just set your hearthstone near the boat, you dont need to go to the great seal often anyway, its a hub to travel to places outside of zandalar

Turn the top building around, so we can just glide off the top and onto the boat. Problem solved.

Although when flying hits, i dont think this will be an issue anyway. It’ll be a few extra seconds max.

My hearthstone is at the harbor, naturally. It doesn’t change the fact that every time I need a portal, visit Zandalar emissary, bank, guild bank, scrapper or profession trainer, I have to take the flight (unless I’m on my mage). Alliance has them ALL right there next to boat. It’s a simple quality of life thing: alliance has it fine, horde has it plain horrible.

It could have been designed better but it never really bothered me tbh

People get used to all kinds of crap until they see greener grass. Or the alliance city in this case. In any case, this one would be easy to fix, and fixing it would do nobody any harm in any way.

Theres a paku totem close to the harbor inn that takes you to the crafters terrace and there is another that takes you to the top of the pyramid. 20-ish seconds travel time.

Just one of those things that I wish I could use my flying mounts for.
And yeah, the compact Alli hub is better for functionality… BUT! I do love how our city looks like though. :stuck_out_tongue:

This… There’s no point in fixing it as the problem will solve itself when flying hits…

It’s such a contrast to Boralus where everything is all in one compact area, even though the city has three flight paths like we do. But our stuff is spread between the pyramid, base of the pyramid and the port.

It feels great to be alliance  boralus is so compact

I sort of like the contrasts thou. The pyramids epic and I don’t mind flying around and over it as my horde characters… but then again if it were my main character the flight must become old at some point.

Going up and down the pyramid for the scrapper/professions/daily hand in is the worst. Once we can fly it wont matter. I’ve had plenty of near death experiences jumping down xD

To be fair if the opening to king Rastakhans throneroom and the Hordes “hub” so to speak were faced toward the port. It whould not feel as far away i bet. Then it also depends which Loa you got for the shrine powers. I have Pa’ku which grants some nifty shortcuts.

The reason Boralus’ “working area” is so compact is because the city municipality cannot guarantee cleanliness throughout the city, which is infested with drunkards fighting obesity, sea breeze carrying the smell of urine out of the tight alley’s and general mud puddles everywhere.

And then we have the city of gold. (insert Michael Jordan crying gif)

I love the view though and yes those short cuts can help.

I have my hearth set to an inn near the lower level flight master.

This is why pandas rock if I’m honest.

Also, this is yet another clear case of developers blatantly favouring alliance. (I jest!)

If the Goblins can build a BIG shiny gun then they can also build a BIG shiny slide down to the harbour. Put the lil slackers to work i say.

Im a mage so it doesnt bother me that much but i do have my hs set in the harbor inn for quick travel to alliance zones. There is so much wrong in this expansion that i barely register these “inconveniences” anymore…
