According to the interface I can still visit the Great Vault and choose a reward but when I go there I see this
At the moment I’m waiting to see if it updates itself and also opened a ticket.
There was a few decent rewards in there and I planned to run some sims and choose the most suitable option, but I didn’t think this would have happened or I’d certainly have made a choice before I did the transfer.
Can anything be done or are this weeks reward lost for me?
Why did you think changing factions before getting reward is good idea? What made you think that?
When people will learn to think before doing something because not everything in life is revertable and can be fixed to previous state?
You must write a ticket as no one here will help you, and this is most helpful advise you can get from forums.

Hi Zeo,
I’m in the same position as you. I contacted support and they told me that they are aware of the bug and put a hotfix in place after it was found. But, myself (and by what I can see you) transfered before the hotfix was in place.
Support has told me
At the moment we have no workaround or fix for rewards stuck after a transfer for those few people who beat that hotfix going in place with a transfer, and this is being investigated to fix those characters since we don’t have a way to do so directly in Customer Support.
They don’t currently have an ETA but atleast they’re aware of it and hopefully we can get some help soon

I really hope our loot isn’t gone completely after this. It wasn’t fixed after the hotfix today and I can’t recall if they do any over weekends.
It has been fixed for me now, thank you Blizzard for resolving this
