I’ve done 4 mythic 0 dungeons and 5 timewalking dungeons the past week but my vault is empty and I cannot claim any rewards.

Also had this same issue. Did 5x TW + 1x M0 and no reward at all in the vault today. Have already reported it in-game.
Do we know if there’s likely to be any way to get these items back, @Tyrskorn?
Sorry … did it on THIS character, not Beldiet!
I also didn’t get a vault this week… I had at least 2 dungeon slots completed with Timewalking (did the TW quest). I guess we lost a week ? 
A fix for this went out last night which should also work retroactively.
Please head back to the vault with any affected characters and let us know how you get on!

Looks like the issue is back again this week but on a different character.
