Great vault issue

Hello, last week i completed 10 m+ keys to get 3 options on the great vault, today when i opened the great vault i have 1 item from the pvp section and 0 from the m+ section, how is this even possible when i did absolutetly 0 pvp tried my best to complete 10 keys and now i get nothing in return? please help me with this issue, character in question is Onedaylatex on Sylvanas EU

Great Vault showing wrong loot? Read This First!

If you open the Great Vault and it is not showing the correct rewards for what you earned this week, please be aware that if you have forgotten to open it LAST WEEK then the first options you will see will be from that previous week. Once you collect the previous week, you can open the vault again to see the next pending reward options.

It sounds as though this is your problem.

If you’ve not opened the vault on an earlier week, the first rewards you will see will be for that earlier week. Once you’ve retrieved all earlier week rewards, you’ll see the rewards for the most recent week.
