If you open the Great Vault and it is not showing the correct rewards for what you earned this week, please be aware that if you have forgotten to open it LAST WEEK then the first options you will see will be from that previous week. Once you collect the previous week, you can open the vault again to see the next pending reward options.

This is great piece of advice! If you’ve left the loot from an earlier week, you will first find the oldest loot waiting before any newer loot is retrieved.

I got the same loot from vault I’m so gutted this shouldn’t happen kind of kills the fun knowing I can get a totally useless item over and over and over again is there nothing a gm can do?
You can always get the same loot, regardless of whether you remembered to open the vault or not. RNG decides the item you get and sadly what you already have equippped is not a factor. A GM cannot override that.
