As of writing this, the great vault objectives for Mythic+ (1-4-10 keystone dungeons completed) count ONLY if the key completed is your own and do not update when completing someone else’s key. If this is intentional design it means that for the last vault objective, a player would need to upgrade his own key ten times/week.
Can confirm doing someone elses key didnt get logged in the great vault tracker. Did a +2 and the Great Vault still says i need to do one.

Upon further investigation, the 1st dungeon done does not seem to count but the rest do regardless of owner of key. It may be that the vault does not track progress if the player does not have a key in their inventory. Since my 2nd dungeon was my own key i cannot verify the theory.
This likely the case.
Friend of mine didn’t get a completion despite having a key in the inventory.

I got credit in the vault for doing someone else’s +2 key, and having no key in my bags until I looted one at the end of that +2.

We’ve seen that this can sometimes take some time to update in The Great Vault UI. Did you all check immediately after a run perhaps? If you then did another run and checked again it would make sense that it had since caught up.

Just completed a +2 NW. The Mythic Dungeon panel has logged it at the bottom but the reward icon and the Great Vault still says i need to complete a Key.
Looking at another thread someone said that you only get it counted if you do your own key, not others?
Same issue for my entire party just now. Am I missing something or is this bugged?
Had the same problem, logged off, came back like half an hour later or so, and it updated. Was +2, was not my key. So it’s working, just takes time to update.
