Quick question, currently in TWW if i stop playing (out of game time) does the GV UNCLAIMED rewards disappear after some time?
They’ll remain there to be picked up.
and if season ends and i return AFTER season change what then?
Your old season rewards will still be there. It will not affect the new season.

They removed any unclaimed rewards at the end of DF expansion.
This is highly unlikely mid season though. I picked up vaults after a new season started in DF.

Yea we went to the new GV TWW then 
but there will be an announcement if they do something like this. Very unlikely you’d miss out on anything though pre-expansion.
