Green border/frame on DH

Hello.My DH has a green frame. Does anyone know how to remove it?

You sure you don’t have any buffs doing this? Try canceling all your buffs, maybe one of them causes this color. Never seen this before.

I remove all buffs but the problem is still there.

Edit : I found solution : Irradiated Undercoat if you wear it, you shine
