Go for the Sky-Captains transmog Gilvion, it’s worth every tender! I already love it. But if You really want a Bard costume, You should take a look at Waveborn Diplomat hat model (if You’re considering store costumes).
As for the bard class - they added their firs support spec with augvoker, so maybe we’ll see some form of it in the future, who knows.
