Hello.
I have just purchased this transmog, and for some reason, on a Pandaren (male), the murloc boots, (Green Snugglefin Murloc Slippers) are not visible. Instead of red murloc feet, i have panda feet, it is like it is not even transmoged at all.
Is this a bug?
Is there a workaround?

This is indeed a bug, and while there is no workaround at the moment, a fix is on the way!
Always seems to be no work around with a fix on the way. How about an ETA. So many bugs/glitches with this game. I got a similar response concerning some Guild Achievements 2 weeks ago.
I am happy that Blizz responded to my post, and that they know of this bug.
This means that there will be a fix for it.
