Grinder mode?

Similar to IRONMAN mode.

No quests available, you grind with dungeons and killing rare creatures.
No rep or world quests either.

Honestly i dont want to quest with every character, looking for new playstyles.

These could gain level per rare kill.

Your character must be flagged for this mode.

I have my Loremaster character going on the side, so i aint a hater.

When I saw that title, I expected something completely different.

Carry on.

Like a real life hunter experience.

They would need to add more rares and with proper loot, like a mini dungeons

Different spelling…

Grinding mode: you can only level from herbing and mining no other activities will give xp.

Professions would be ok in my mind.

I am fan of this I like to kill MOB, and boos in the dungeon . . the quest some time want me to make a click on a spell with 15 seconds of cool down, and I am just waiting 10 seconds because I am there but can not use the spell for no reason . FRUSTRATE > : (

They already did choosing the FATE in Shadowlands thingy, this would be very similar idea.

There could be BOUNTY ACHIEVEMENTS;

Kill 100x Crocodiles
Kill 100x Raptors
Kill 100x Spiders

You get raid quality loot, like the vault system.

We could also have ZOMBIES timeline.

Survivor camps would be Zeppelins.

We already have UNDEAD race for model.

UNDEAD players would have special skill to walk with them.

Melee players would be required to use SPEARS only.

You type league of legends wrong

I want a grinder mode where I can level off normal mobs like in many other games x3 I just like it.

Most people already level purely by grinding dungeons (Especially during Timewalking weeks), so what would be the big change here?

Wait a minute

That sounds like quests

No, no - it’s a new innovative bounty idea.

…or call it bot mode.

Not rly.

He wants to go to large areas of maps and mass farm monsters endlessly, without NPC interaction.

Basically hes asking for events / hunts alike DFs end game, to replace questing.

He wants to comitt genocide on species of animals across azeroth. Questing involved npc interactions, hand ins, Escort quests, and story.

Same idea, kill mobs for exp, a slightly different format however which obvoously he would prefer,

The 0 downtime permannat combat endless experience has started trended, which is what rhe OP is asking for

I’m all for this, as long as what we genocide are elves and tauren.

If they award exp why not

Massacre the tall people!!!

Lets add worgen to that list as well…

I would love some kind of new adventure mode that would incentivize me to level up in Feralas, Winterspring, Ungoro, Arathi, Stranglethorn or whatever. Something like Helltides in Diablo 4 where you get insane XP and drops in a random outdoor zone.

So basically, diablo? Eww…

Think less diablo, and more everquest 1.

In everquest 1 there were camps, they werent offical camps, but players agreed upon those camps. Youd group 1 tank 1 healer 1 support 1 puller 1 dps.

Your puller would run out and pull mobs back to said camp and u’d murder large spawns of monsters via this method.

Ofxourse this is 1999 mmorpg systems, and isnt exactly modern. Everquest 1 didnt sport a questing system to much later in its life.

Although it did have some great systems in its time, im not sure theres a place in modern mmorpg games for thid sorta thing to come back

But yeah, tbh it was quite a community upheld thing however, people never went in and tried to steal camps, no one griefed in this manner, it was just respected and people would try join the group if not move to the next camp to join those.

I remember u even had queues for entry to ssid groups where players would wait til someone left to be invited.

Todays game, i simply dont think mmorpgs have the social structure to uphold such a concept anymore.
