Grotto Netherwing Drake Customization

Hi, can you add the customizations for the new dragonriding mount? why every time I am excited about something you find a way to ruin it?

You just had to add this negative part, didn’t you?

I’m sure it will be added soon enough, probably with next reset.

So what? They are a customer that has been misled and is rightfully annoyed about it.

Misled how?

Blizzard has never said themselves that it’d have customization.

Hmm maybe because it is a Dragonriding mount and all other 5 are customisable, so when Blizzard say that this is another Dragonriding mount, it is a reasonable assumption that it will also be one? As you have also assumed without certainty yourself:

Yes?

Doesn’t mean this one has to be.

An assumption is not confirmation - and thus isn’t being misleading.

Yeah - but I have also not claimed anything about being misled, have I?

You are aware that you can be misled without intentionally being misled?

You know what they say about assumption right?

And no, Havi is perfectly correct when he says the OP has NOT been misled.

Nowhere. Absolutely NOWHERE did it say that there would be customization for the Grotto Netherwing.

If Blizzard do decide to add customization, oh well.

If they don’t.

oh well.

I’ll direct you to my above reply, since apparently you people only see things in black and white.

I also refer you to my reply.

Show me exactly where blizzard said there would be customization.

Take your time. I’ll wait.

remember the OP has claimed he was MISLED about customization.

Remember Blizzard has said nothing about customization.

But if you want to base your argument on an assumption, let’s see how that works.

I will now assume the next Blizzard game will be a single-player RPG-based first-person shooter, based on the fact that they released Overwatch 2 a while ago.

See how it works? Good.

NEVER assume.

I shall quote Calvin, from the ‘‘Calvin and Hobbes’’ comic strip.

That is the point. They did not say that there would be or there wouldn’t be, they said it would be a Dragonriding mount. Therefore, when you have 5 Dragonriding mounts already, and all of them are customisable, it is a reasonable inference that it will also be customisable, as Havi already inferred himself. So if you have 5 Dragonriding mounts already, all of them being customisable, and let’s say this is one that isn’t, do you not think that by the very definition of misled, that this would: ‘cause (someone) to have a wrong idea or impression’?

Except it isn’t, since you can mislead people without intentionally misleading them.

So, technically, Blizzard hasnt mislead anyone. Players have misled themselves.

Great.

Can you point me to where I said Blizzard misled him? I’ll wait.

You claimed that players have been misled.

Are you agreeing, then, that players have misled themselves?

Blkizzard has not intentionally misled or unintentionally misled anyone. For someone who has claimed two people statin the bleedin’ obvious only see things in black and white you are doing a good job yourself.

Again. Show me the evidence that Blizzard have either intentionally or unintentionally misled anyone based on customization options for other dragon riding mounts.

because if you want to go down THAT road, lets also assume that Blizzard are going to add customizations for ALL flying mounts that will be dragon riding based, in the future and if Blizzard do so, make all previous flying mounts dragon riding based.

Oh and just for added zest, are customers also intentionally misled or unintentionally misled if Blizzard bring out a new mount based on a horse model and it doesn’t fly?

“Why can’t this mount fly Blizzard!”

“umm… we never said it would fly…”

“But Invincible flies! You’ve misled us!”

“OK…”

Invincible has misled players, you can see it.

Players have misled themselves but Blizzard also should have cleared up whether you can or not.

5 dragonriding mounts. 100% of them customisable. New dragonriding mount = assumption that they will be customisable. I.e. causing someone to have the wrong idea or impression or something, aka the definition of misled. Intentional or unintentional, it has had that effect, evident in the OP.

Your stance is simply ‘WELL I WASN’T MISLED BECAUSE I WOULDN’T HAVE THOUGHT THAT BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T SAY IT’.

Irrelevant. OP did, therefore he is misled, intentionally or unintentionally.

next time you want to gainsay in an attempt to look clever, remember your posts are glaringly obvious for everyone to read, otherwise, you look rather silly holding that 8 gauge shotgun you just used on your foot.

Now. As I said.
