Is there a group finder addon which shows the make up of the group before joining?
So if theres 1 tank and 2 dps, it will show me something like class colors and their item levels and IO Scores all at the same time so I can judge whether or not I want to apply?
I have better io a ddon which only sshows the leader not the rest of the group.
Not possible because of api restrictions.
I’m using Premade Groups Filter and Mythic Plus LFG Filter, the second does everything you want, it only shows the rio of the leader tho.
It is possible. Elvui shows you the full composition as well as class colors in the group finder! (The windtools extension of Elvui does the magic). It does not show their respective names/ilvl/raider io scores unfortunately. However you can tell from the leader’s rio what the average ilvl/rio of the group can be.
This is how it looks. Works very well together with Premade Groups Filter.

Cool that looks good but is there a way to see Item Levels and IO next to the class names?
That would be awesome and you could see oh thi guy has 204 ilvl and 300 IO Score and has Completed 6 runs of 1-5 but 0 of 6-10
Nope, that is not possible to my knowledge. Usually the leader of each group invites people of similar ilvl/rio or higher. This generally helps me pick a correct group together with a quick check once I get invited.
that really sucks coz would be nice to see item levels and IO scores of each player before you sign up for a group, The key owner inviting people is “ok” just would be nice to see a group makeup before signing but ah well seems Blizzard dont like it. 
Was only wondering as getting fed up signing for 12,s where the key owner is 1300 but they invite 300 io tanks and stuff because they desperate for a tank. or they invite a 1300 IO DPS who has completed a 12 SD for example in time but they dont know the route as tank and dont know what to pull and it goes pear shaped.
Sadly the M+5-13 area of the dungeon finder is the Wild West. Only a few brave explorers can make it out alive.
LOL so true, I am not into 15,s yet i hjave 1 15 PF timed on my main tank and mostly 14,s but i fear 15,s are just full of ragers and stuff. xD
Seriously as a PUG,ging healer I am considering getting that addon which says who failed on avoidable damage… Just in a SD10 and we had 4 interrupts all the way upto the 1st boss 4!!.. and then facetanking shades… and then the tank decided to grab all mobs after 1st boss and hide behind a wall with them… Today is stupid tank day had them all morning long… Another tank in SD11 was randomly spamming shield for Glooming and ofc we wiped… Im tired it makes me look seriously crap on IO 
+15s are not that bad. I rarely come across a terrible group that depletes. Bad tanks, sure, I met some who were a pain to heal, but it also helps you improve your reaction times & decision making
I’ve not tried this Weak Aura myself but I know it exists

It is the opposite. When you play higher keys, you will find out the players are mature and play in harmony.
