Is there a way to block group invitations in-game?
There isn’t a way in the default UI.
You may be able to find an addon that does this.
Servers are down now, or I’d have a look myself. Maybe Prat or BadBoy have this functionality.
I see an addon called Decliner that did this, but it seems not to have been updated for years, so it probably doesn’t work any more.

I have already tried using the decliner, but unfortunately, it didn’t work.
As I think about it, it should be an easy and small addon to make. So maybe Decliner, even if out of date, could be kicked into shape.
Ofc, once you get into options like “accept of BNet Friend, accept if guildie”, etc., you could complicate it nicely.
What is the case you need it for? I can’t say I’ve ever had this problem.
Leatrix Plus has a block option but it does a lot of other stuff too ofc.

I have seen people trolling other players with spam group invites, or, for example, small streamers being trolled by being spam invited with characters that have crazy names. In one case I witnessed, there was even an attempt at doxxing through the character’s name.
Well, streamers do get griefed. It’s not nice, but it’s the cost of doing business for them. Regular players, not so much.
But I see Punyelf has given you the name of an addon that works for this, so do use it if you feel you need it.
