boomerbjØrn Freeze and Sanick running Pug raids usually 25 man i contacted them saying i wana join the raid asuming there is nothing reserved. Freeze replied only thing reserved is BOE. Raid goes boss dies - item goes to player x as item was soft reserved = reply is we didnt say that !!!
