Guardian and cat form which stats?

Hi,
can you please advice me what will be the stats for a casual bear that wants to do some casual bgs with the master shapeshifter talent and feral affinity?
Which stats can improve performance for both roles?

So you will try to play Feral through the Guardian spec if I understand correctly.
My personal take on this would be going for Mastery/Versa. I think its the only way to make both forms work for the niche spec you wanna try.

I have heard suggesting crit and haste. In casual bgs is nice to be able to do some extra dps in cat form.
