Since the guardian druid has had some changes, it seems the using a free Regrowth has to be pressed with out spamming or you shapeshift and every one dies sadly, yes I do spam some keys and Regrown is one of them, so answering “Just don’t spam” is no real fix, So being annoyed slightly I had to play with some macros and came up with this,

/castsequence reset=3 Regrowth, null, null, null;
Basically it resets they key press after 3 seconds and gives the cast sequence three nulls, so each spam will reset to 3 seconds if your still in the allotted time before it diminished.
