Hi all, How is the guardian druid currently? Is it good and useful in M+/Raid? From what I can see, not many people play it, which is a shame. In my opinion, it’s one of the most fun classes.
It does the job, but it’s not FOTM this season.
You will be very tanky, your self healing is also very good, your aoe dps is good as well, but single target is not so good.
Just play it and don’t overthink, unless you want to push to the very top key levels.

Guardian druid is literally pushing top key levels now, what are you talking about? Guardian druid has rank 1 theater of pain +17 in the world lol.

I’m starting from M+ groups. In that pile of VDH and paladins, 1-2 guardians appear here and there. That’s why I was surprised that few people tank with druids there. However, as a tank class, I think it’s great, better than other tanks in many ways.
VDH simply brings better group utility, that’s why it’s all violet this season.

As hard as it is to admit, VDH is much more fun and rewarding to play than Guardian.
It’s not about what changed or not on DH, but more about synergies with others. And DH has more of those than bears.

I just wrote that vdh was not a meta, with all its interruptions and controls. What I’m saying is that this is not the main thing to be in the meta. the bear can also be in the meta, and has been more than once, despite worse control and interruptions.
