There are more elite rated pve players proportionally than elite/gladiators per season amongst the fact that PvE is pretty predictable, you dont need such advanced macros and addons tell you what to do.

There are many reasons for this, from popularity to niche nature.
PVE is predictable, just like PVP. The higher the level of play, the more predictable it is.
and PVE also requires advanced macros and addons, without which there is nothing to do in PVE at a high level of play.

No its not, while there are specific changes for pvp and pve very often changes which reasoning was PvE outrage , bothers PvP players.

Most neglected tank has to be Brewmaster Monk. Guardian wasn’t that bad in the current and previous expansion at all.
