I have won 10 Rated Battlegrounds, but the Black and White skin option for the Werebear appearance is still locked.

Does it not unlock with Solo Queue RBG wins?

I tried in off season DF when they introduced solo q rbgs, and it did not work. I thought with the start of the season it will work.

But no. Nothing.

Is this the character that you unlocked the appearance from the Mage Tower on?
