Is it not possible to have this title on any of my other Druids?
It seems to be only on this one, but my other 120 doesn’t seem to be able to use it.
I believe this title came from Mage tower in Legion for resto druid but since the artifact appearance for classes/specs are shared (even mage tower ones), I thought this would be. Or do I have to progress something to make it available on others? Like getting resto artifact or something.
You get the title by doing the resto artifact quests, but you have to unlock individually on each character.
Oh cool, so it’s not actually part of mage tower just the questline for the class hall?
Guess I will look into unlocking it on my others then, if they don’t make them account wide in Shadowlands.

Yup, just from unlocking the restoration artifact weapon 
As someone who is bad at healing, the title of this thread gives me PTSD. Definitely one of the most difficult order hall scenarios ever. No wonder it comes with its own title.
