Guards/Hostile faction NPCs

Please make hostile faction NPCs in old zones more dangerous.

Right now the average guard, that spawns upon player attack is level 80 Elite. They barely tickle your HP let alone help defend anything, pose a challenge or threat.

The guards in TWW zones are actually dangerous, where they constantly root you, and are very tanky with high damage outputs. This makes WPvP inside sanctuary zones dangerous, and more fun.

Deal, but can we make sure they DIE AND DON’T COME BACK FOR A WHILE like it used to be?
So disgusting.
