Around 3 weeks ago the Bronzebeard/Aerie Peak realms merged with the Blade’sEdge/Eonar/Vek’nilash realms. Since then, the guild application feature is not working for our guild (Chosen Few).
People are still able to apply, but we can’t see nor accept any application. We’re also unable to see application history.
With an alt I applied to join the guild just to verify that the problem wasn’t simply lack of applications. The application is pending and we’re still unable to see it from the guild’s side.
Also tried applying to another guild and got invited right after, meaning that its not a global issue.
I submitted a ticked and after they tried to “reset the guild’s cache” it still didn’t fix it after the following server restart. On a following ticked i submitted they said they would contact me soon with more information and marked my ticked as resolved. That was two weeks ago and I still wasn’t contacted.
I realize this must be a very busy time for everyone at the WoW team but would like to know if there’s anything else I can do to fix this issue or have any information on when it’s going to be resolved. With the realm merge and the pre-patch coming, this would be a very good time to recruit new people and this issue is causing us to miss that opportunity.
