I have my own Guild Bank on my Bank Character , and here is the big issue.

I filled my own Guild Bank with my own gold, now it’s full (goldcap) but every time I try to withdraw any of that gold, it just accepts this without any error, but the gold is still there and not on my character, that’s really annoying. The problem has been there since prepatch.

I already tried another guild (Raiding Guild) bank, and there it works fine.

I still tried every possible thing, such as deleting all interface/wtf/cache folder, switching the characters, etc.

I wrote a ticket 4 times

the first ticket answer was just the random crap delete the folder, which I already did.

2nd ticket answer was more or less “we don’t know what’s causing the problem”

3rd: ticket answer was random crap again, so exactly the first again

4rd: ticket answer was probably the same, but I could not even read it because it was in Spanish or something I don’t even speak or play on.

It is really frustrating that I own gold in the worth of ~25 wow tokens, but can’t get to it because every time you try to reach the support, there is just a crappy version of chat ai with the same stupid answers.

To be clear how bugged it is: in the money log, sometimes it even shows the process without doing anything, in the money log, I took ~30 million without depositing anything, sure that this can’t happen

Having the same frustrating problem.

There seems to be some weird cap to how much gold you can withdraw, for example I can withdraw anywhere between 400-4000 gold 0/1/2/3 times and after that it doesn’t work anymore until I log out and log back in again at which point I can again withdraw 400-4000 gold 0/1/2/3 times and then it breaks again, seems to be completely random how many times I can withdraw and how much, sometimes I could only withdraw up to 400 gold 1/2/3/4 times before it broke, it’s bloody annoying.

I could 1 time withdraw a test amount of 1, but after this, it was broken again for 4 days now …

So to be fair, it’s not a gold cap anymore, it is goldcap -1 gold

But still, if you can take 4k out every day, that can’t be the answer.

I tested it again and I think it is somehow tied to how much gold you have in your bags, at least for me.

My mage has 20 gold in the bags, if I try to withdraw any amount above 20 it doesn’t work, so even 21 gold doesn’t work, doesn’t matter how many times I relog I cannot withdraw 21 gold or more, but I can withdraw 20 gold, so now my mage has 40 gold in the bags, but now I can’t withdraw any gold anymore, not even 1 gold, so I log out, log back in, and same story, I cannot withdraw any amount above 40 gold, so I again withdraw 40 gold, and once I’ve done so I’m now at 80 gold and I, again, cannot withdraw even 1 gold anymore, so I log out, log back in, rinse and repeat, cannot withdraw above 80 gold etc etc.

So it seems, at least in my case, how much gold I can withdraw is strangely tied to how much gold I have in my bags. However you said you cannot withdraw even 1 gold anymore so I’m not sure what the problem for you would be unless somehow you were trying to withdraw with a character that maybe had 0 gold in the bags.

thanks a lot mate, this is exactly the problem, didnt thought about that, took 4 mil out of my warbank and i could take 4 million out everytime i relog… thats crazy but atleast now i have my gold back

and yes my bank char had 0 gold, cause i wanted to take the whole goldcap and shift it to warband bank

next to this, i have an other guildbank related problem.

it just wont let me stack things!
neither by rightclicking it from the bag, nor by dragging it from one guildbankslot to another,

also i can not withdraw items anymore . “internal error”

Raiding Guild bank is also empty here on Arathor. Also I cannot withdraw from 2 of my personal guild banks (of which I have 4) Items are there but cannot be moved to bags, or to another tab/empty slot. The two personal guild banks which I cannot withdraw from are on Arathor server, the 2 that I can are on Hellfire (connected realm with Arathor)

My entire guild bank along with many others on both EU and NA realms are completely wiped off items.

yeah i checked again, and my guildbanks are wiped aswell. i lost many materials worth of hundreds of thousands of gold

my Problem is all of my items in the guild bank of my own bank charr is all gone i know there is things in there :S
