I have my own Guild Bank on my Bank Character , and here is the big issue.
I filled my own Guild Bank with my own gold, now it’s full (goldcap) but every time I try to withdraw any of that gold, it just accepts this without any error, but the gold is still there and not on my character, that’s really annoying. The problem has been there since prepatch.
I already tried another guild (Raiding Guild) bank, and there it works fine.
I still tried every possible thing, such as deleting all interface/wtf/cache folder, switching the characters, etc.
I wrote a ticket 4 times
the first ticket answer was just the random crap delete the folder, which I already did.
2nd ticket answer was more or less “we don’t know what’s causing the problem”
3rd: ticket answer was random crap again, so exactly the first again
4rd: ticket answer was probably the same, but I could not even read it because it was in Spanish or something I don’t even speak or play on.
It is really frustrating that I own gold in the worth of ~25 wow tokens, but can’t get to it because every time you try to reach the support, there is just a crappy version of chat ai with the same stupid answers.
To be clear how bugged it is: in the money log, sometimes it even shows the process without doing anything, in the money log, I took ~30 million without depositing anything, sure that this can’t happen
