Hi there Poisonenvy, I see you’re in the other thread already where we have been providing regular updates to this. The removal of the support article is no indication that we’re no longer working on this issue, which we are, but rather it was describing a much broader situation where items can be missing from guild banks for various other reasons, and we typically try to avoid such general support articles.
