We completely understand how upsetting it must be to lose your items from the guild bank, and we want to express our sincere empathy for the situation you’re facing. We know how much effort and time you’ve invested, and we are truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.
Our developers are actively looking into the matter and we cannot guarantee that all items have been returned, and this was not a complete restoration for every player affected. At this time, we cannot confirm if any compensation will be provided, as this is still being evaluated. If any compensation is determined, we will share this information through our official channels. Remeber that restorations may be visible in the Guildmaster character’s mail node depending on if they are received and / or looted yet.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to look into this issue. Don’t hesitate to contact us in the future.
I guess that means we’re shafted and nada is going to happen.
I do also find it like some other have mentioned, really suspicious that no major publisher of game reviews and news has put a day on this.
