Hey guys. I have transfered my guild from Ravencrest Alliance to Twisting Nether Horde 3 days ago and it still says processing. Is it normal too take this long???
anyone that can help?

Hi Lagèrtha, Guild services should complete within 24 hours normally, if your services haven’t completed after that time you need to ticket from here.
Your Guild and the services you used will then be looked into further

I’m probably too late, but DON’T open another ticket. If you abandon the original one & make a new one it puts you to the back of the queue again. There is a longer wait than usual because of new ways of working & illness due to Corona but they will get to you.
the original ticket was opened on a wrong category i guess. not the one the previous post linked. so opened one there but kept the original just in case.
