I’m the last of the original makers / leaders of the guild
I stepped back some years ago to play the game more.
Someone else took over now he and a lot off others have left and I’m now in limbo
I do not want to see the guild just fizz out after the number of years we have been around.
I can not recruit or build the guild back up can you help at all?
I cannot use the Dethrone feature as I am not in top 3 ranks by my request some years ago.

I don’t think you have many options here 
If I were in your shoes, I would send a mail in game to the current guild leader and everyone who has a higher rank (with the hope that these guild members still have a subscription) and ask them to give you the lead.

Can not believe that after 20 years it will just come to a end after being one of the biggest well known groups on the realms
