Guild kick offense

So if an officer kicked everyone in the guild would that be an offense against ToS?

Blizzard typically does not interfere with guild affairs, unless actual harassment is involved. Your guild master should salvage the situation himself by demoting the officer and reinviting the folks who were kicked.

“Players must resolve player problems” is the kind of response you would usually get to a ticket like that.

Circumstances are important before saying yay or nay.

Morally it’s probably wrong but against ToS? Probably not I’m afraid.

Is this another guild leader absent take over situation? Has he/she just taken the huff? Where is the guild leader etc?

guild kicking is never against the ToS no matter what happend and no matter who got kicked.

No they are not, if they have the permissions they can do whatever they like, if it’s right or wrong is another matter.

I stand corrected

I am thinking with the morality of the situation over the actual rules being broken.

Guild kicking isn’t an offense. But this is why you don’t just give everyone officer rights. That reminds me, is it still possible to create a rank and set it so that rank can’t type in the guild chat? i remember that being a thing

Thanks for answering my question!

Yeah, my old guild called that rank “The Naughty Corner”.

No really, no. Same way the police won’t intervene if you can’t get along with the other kid in the sandbox that’s hogging the sand bucket. It’s not exactly a crime.

Legend :joy:

He gained trust then played everyone.

That’s how you play MMOs, the game within the game.

lol dey got rekted eksdee :joy_cat:

We have a ‘bad egg’ rank that prevents people typing in guild chat. So yes it is possible.

That’s the rank just for me!

I’m from another guild but trade chat was really flamed today… and then I find you here smiling after rage kicking 150 players and yourself. For you it’s funny, for me I simple don’t care, for others might be different.
You’re not just kicking an avatar, but a person as well commanding that avatar.
Well as I said I don’t care for what you did, but I wouldn’t simply laughing at it like nothing happened…

If thats your thing you should play eve-online. In wow it just makes you a bit of a saddo.

Never heard of it.

Who determines this, the self-righteous?

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Guilds are privately run by players. They have nothing to do with Blizzard so long as they’re not griefing/harassing/etc.

Well balanced people.

And who determines those, lemme guess :smirk:

You keep trying bro, why? lmao
