5 days ago some GM changed our guild name without giving any notification to me and re-named as “MZPBT” then I open ticket and waited for 3 days to get answer…
By the way we got 320 member in this guild and least online players are 60-ish everynight ( leveling guild ). So 3 days later one GM try to communicate with me in game thank god ! But guess whats happen couldnt even speak because FIREMAW chat is delaying everynight about 45minute. I typed him and explained but 45m later he wrote me " ITS TO LATE I WILL SOLVE THIS TOMORROW " I said god damn Its not even my false to chat is delaying now I have to wait again. GM told me to give some options to re-named and I will solve it tomorrow.
Ofcourse he did not ! After 2 days in total ( 5 working day ) I get msg from GM like. We cannot renamed your guild cause of all of the options are related with sth.
God damn after 5 days of waiting… WHY dont u just ask me some options before changing our guild name to sth completely wierd??? BUT NO this is how blizzard works ofcourse doing sth now I have run after these problems cause I have nothing else to do…
This is madness ! GM’s are not doing their job not helping. So annoying…
If you open ticket today earliest respond in 3 days… This is not my problem that blizzard working under staff… I need my guild named to fix thats it. Why do I wait 5 working day for that??
If you are not the guild master there is nothing you can do about it.
I didn’t think you could change a guild name unless the name was against the rules.
I am the guild master… If my guild name was againts to rules… There should be other options to change it.

Guild names are only changed if they break the naming policies. If your replacement names could not be used because ‘all of the options are related with sth’, then it is likely that none of the names submitted conformed with the naming policy either.
Please re-open your support ticket with a list of guild names that comply with the naming policies and the next GM should be able to help.

Well, My guild name was " Jesus was Soulstoned " I do not see any rules according to your link that wasnt fit with my guild name.
Besides I did offer 4 names which are:
1- BURGER KING
2-European Union
3-BBC World News
4-Channel Four Action News
And again I do not see anything wrong with this options… There are many other guild names in the server are related to something and nothing happening againts them. The second biggest leveling guild in FIREMAW ( Horde ) is called MCDONALDS. I still see them around.
Please stop giving me wierd excuses… I have been waiting since 5 working days !
Now you are telling me again open a ticket and next GM will help you? HAHA funny you. It will be faster kick everyone and create a new guild. because you guys are horrible on service . New ticket at least will take 3 more days to answer and there is no guarantee problem will be solved…

BBC and Channel Four… both registered trademarks.
I get that you will see people around that have managed to do it, should they get reported they will get renamed. The filters cannot possibly list every trademark, bad word, political affiliation and everything else. It is up to the players to use good judgement, or face the consequences.
Whilst you may get away with some of those when making a guild, a GM will absolutely not do it deliberately for you.

if you say trademark issue than you need to wipe it off %80 of the guilds in this server and many other servers… And my orginal guild names wasnt againts any rules.
If guilds will be reported cause of trademark issue all the services should be down and work on that TRADEMARK bull@hit .
There is no way that you can just change the guild name to “Guild MZPBT” and left… So costumer will run after it to fix it. This is not how is should be done…
Rules are not enforced retroactively, they are based on player reports. After a player report the GM’s will review whether if your names infringe upon the conduct which in this case, it was deemed inappropriate and therefore it got changed into a temporary name holder.
Take note that acceptable names are determined by player reports and Blizzard’s decision
I see it, it’s religious based. and most of those you want are copyrights. Try something less edgy.
You can make guilds with those names but they are breaking the rules and if reported would mean a name change. Notice I say IF reported.
If you had picked names that didn’t break the rules you would have it solved by now. And the problem will be solved if you pick a name that doesn’t break the rules, that includes names like “Justin Bieber fan club”
Whatever I am so tired of typng here and in-game.
Even small problems cant be solved. They are not even my mistakes.
Since we living in Blizzards N*ZI world I wont try to create another guild with a funny name. Because there is no freedom in this game.

Yes, they can, simply pick a guild name that is suitable. Jesus was soulstoned is certainly not. I’d go as far to say you just want to be edgy and angry instead of just behaving like a mature individual. Your choice of words and language in this thread show you are not.
