Title pretty much sums it up.

In the past, we have displayed your account-wide achievement point total in some places (like at the top of your achievement pane) but only your character total in others (like in guilds).
With the introduction of Warbands, we want all achievements to be considered “Warband” achievements. You, the player, accomplished them, so you should not feel like you need to complete them on more than one character or feel like you do not want to play another character because they are missing achievements.
Given this, we are eliminating the concept of a character-based achievement score. From now on, a total Warband achievement score will be tracked and displayed instead. This score will be the sum of all account-wide achievement points plus the points from any character-specific achievements completed on any character.
So I’m assuming this is a bug, right? Heck, I was waiting for this since cataclysm…
Seems like many achievements are still character specific. For example “Going Down?” achievement. You can still do on alts. If that’s how it was intended, then it’s strange.
Yeah same, I know it shouldn’t matter but was looking forward to having all my achievements displayed in guild regardless of what character I was on. Instead I look like a brand new player when I log my alt getting a “gratz” for having a haircut…

I’ve found myself playing a new class in The War Within 15+ years of grinds and achievements and in my guild I have 630 achievement points to show for it, please sort it Blizz.
Any news on this?
Not only are the guild achievements tab and the main achievments tab different, but any time I earn a new achievement, it doesn’t get added at all to my guild achievements tab score.
Not to mentioned that the online wow armory shows a third altogether different number as well.
anyone heard anything?
