Any idea when guild services will be available again as we are trying to change the guild name. When I go to my battle net account it tells me the guild name change in available in game but when I go in game there are no guild services available

Hi Aryianna, guild services are currently disabled. We don’t have a timeline at the moment for when they may be reactivated.
Out of curiosity, how long have the guild services been disabled thus far?
Note: As of February 22, 2022, Guild Services have been temporarily disabled.

There is an issue with the new character transfer token system that is affecting characters transferring to RP realms, and characters transferring to rejoin a guild after a guild transfer.
I’m hoping that both issues (the RP transfers, and the transferring to follow a guild) are both part of the same issue, because there has been updates about the RP issue, but none about the guild issue.
There’s been an update on the US forums (none here as yet):

Testing of the fix was completed overnight. Unlike hotfixes which can be applied to the servers quickly, this fix will require a client patch which means it will take a little more time to be prepared and released.
So there’s been another update on the US forums (yet again, still nothing on EU), basically saying they don’t think the RP transfer issue is the same as the guild transfer issue. So therefore there has been absolutely no news about that.

You are keeping guilds from meeting up with their players before mythic starts to come out in 2 weeks! make this a priority to fix!
You can re-enable it to see if things are fixed and take the cases as they come…
For those who it might work for you are delaying them and their chances to raid mythic from week 1 and them beeing locked out!

Can’t the other players just do a normal transfer and then be invited manually? Bit more work sure but its a work around for now
Edit - Ignore me, i forgot you can’t move the guild. My bad.
We are considering transferring our guild, as our realm is dead and there appears to be no help in sight from elsewhere. However … despite there currently being a sale on for character transfers … there doesn’t appear to even be an option for a guild transfer?
Is this a glitch, a temporary thing, or just something that means we can’t transfer with our guild?

Guild Services indeed exist, Poisonenvy! But I’m afraid they’ve been temporarily stopped. We do not have an ETA for when they will come back, but we will be sure to let you folks know once they do.

Ah … thank you for at least letting me know I wasn’t going completely bonkers!
I realise you don’t have an ETA – but bearing in mind that essentially we’re stuck on a dead realm, and assuming there is no chance of getting scooped out of there for free, we’re going to have to pay for it, it would be nice for us to be able to transfer while members could take advantage of the very limited time offer currently on for character realm transfers. Could we at least be given a reassurance that either the character transfer sale will be extended until the guild transfer option is available again, or that the guild transfer option will be available before the sale ends?
I know there’s nothing you can do about it, but it would feel like yet another smack in the mouth for our members, who have been doing their best for years on a dead realm, finally admitting we need to move and that we’re not going to get any help to do that for free, but then being unable to do it during a character transfer sale window.
It appears that there is a hotfix they’re going to be testing, relating to the issues of transferring to a RP realm.
Could you confirm whether or not those issues, and the issues relating to guild transfers are linked, and could both be fixed at the same time? Or are they completely different problems?
These are separate issues, but linked to the same feature and cause with the new character transfer functionalities. I’m not in the know whether or not they’d be resolved at the same time, or with the same solution.
We are however hoping to resolve both these and other related issues regarding these new character transfers as soon as possible, so please keep an eye out for further announcements.

Oh I posted a reply on the wrong thread before lol … anyway, it appears the RP issue has been solved. Although that hasn’t been updated on the EU support system yet, it’s showing resolved on US.
Unfortunately, as sorta predicted, it hasn’t solved the guild transfer issue - or, at least, there is still no option to transfer the guild.
As there have been fairly regular updates on the RP transfer issue, which is an individual person issue that’s fairly niche, but there have been absolutely no updates on the guild transfer issue, which could affect large chunks of people trying to move their guild, I’m guessing perhaps there’s only one team working on these issues and they’re just moving from issue to issue. Hopefully guild transfers will be next, and it will be fixed in the next day or so.
Sorry to keep bugging … but it feels like guilds, yet again, are being ignored. I realised that is probably not the case … but perception is everything. There have been very few updates on anything related to the issues with character transfers here in the EU forums, other than when I’ve managed to find information from the US and post it here (after which, sometimes, it has been acknowledged).
But it’s a bit frustrating to see all of the activity - daily updates (again, just on the US forums) about the RP transfer issue, but absolutely nothing about the guild transfer issue.
Sure … people are working on it. But how come there have been no updates on it, like there were with the RP issue?
Are we at the stage still where no-one knows even what the problem might be (which essentially, “no news” tends to imply) … or have we progressed beyond that stage to either they have a rough idea, and are working on it; they know what the problem is, don’t know how to fix it yet; they know what the problem is and working on a fix; have a fix, testing; testing the fix, waiting to go live with it. This is the type of updates there were for the RP issues. Shouldn’t guilds get the same treatment?
Also let’s bear in mind … this has been at exactly the same status, ie, “we don’t know”, for 10 days now, which seems a long time to have absolutely nothing to report. I really hope this isn’t going to go down the same route as realm connections, where suddenly everything just goes quiet and no-one ever acknowledges the issue anymore.
Could we at least get some confirmation that the sale on character transfers will be extended until you’ve fixed the guild transfer issue? I understand that possibly you don’t have any news, at all, about progress on fixing guild transfers, and that you can’t give a timeline as to when it might be fixed, but delaying the end of the character transfer sale is very much doable.
We want to transfer our guild, we’re actually mid-transfer now (obviously without the guild), but some members will not move until the guild moves, and will not pre-purchase transfer tokens until that happens. It seems really unfair to them (and others in a similar situation) to punish them for something that is out of their hands.
Guild members who like their guilds, are people too.
I know anything to do with guilds are never a top priority anymore and, in theory, people in guilds can still play, and pay for WoW, irrespective of where their guild is and whether it’s stuck there.
But then … so could the RP people, so not sure why they were so much more a priority than the rest of us.
We’ve been abandoned on a dead realm, with I’m assuming, Blizzard hoping we’ll pay them to move to another realm. But we try to do that, and we can’t. 
So it’s been 13 days now since guild services were taken offline, and there have been no updates.
However, we’ve noticed the Battle.net shop is being taken offline for maintenance for the last few hours of the character token sale. Is there any chance that they may be fixing the guild transfer during this time?
And when I was saying previous that we were wanting to move prior to the character transfer sale ending, because there’s always a few who were oblivious? Those of little faith - I spoke to one last night 
A guildee who had been away for a while, then started playing again only a week or two ago, who had not seen our MotD, Facebook posts, website posts, Discord posts or any discussion in guild, so had no idea we were transferring. He also had no idea about the new transfer tokens so even when I said there was a sale on, he said he would wait until after the guild moved, before buying a transfer. THESE are the people I’m trying to look after
