Guild shirts bugged. Artisan Officer's Shirt

The Artisan Officer’s Shirt seems to be bugged.
Guild got the achivement, it shows up in mog lists. But for some reason the wrong model loads.
it seems to be missing the textures around the neck, and the “Armor” on the shoulders.

Should be a very easy fix, swap the item ID to the correct one?

several guild shirts (if not all) are bugged and have been for months.
The Officer’s shirts, for example, show correctly on the login screen, but in game they have no sleeves, which is the Initiate’s shirt.
so far no fix.
