Worst loot system ever. More and more guilds force using a janky RC loot council addon to effectively enable master loot. Loot councils are bull and blizz have caused it with this half baked system. Get rid of it and make personal loot great again.
Change guild, or make your own. Easy.
Been there done both, several times over the years. It’s still a bad system that breeds contempt and brings the worst out in people. Even on the rare occasions when loot councils/GMs try to be fair with loot distribution, it devolves into a poop storm of antiquated mindset with spreadsheets and BiS lists. People having to jump through hoops and do unnecessary homework instead of playing the game. Utter dog.
