Greetings all!
Is your guild dealing with low attendance numbers and is recruitment hard currently? Have you got a small core of players, but are you struggling to consistently raid on a weekly basis? Is attendance holding back your progress and are you wasting time on pugging people who leave after one wipe? Are new recruits vanishing or leaving after a few days in guild?
First off: you’re not alone!
Guild leaders, raid leaders, officers, I’m calling out to you here.
Mischief is a heroic raiding guild on Ravencrest, and we’re struggling with the exact same issues. We’re currently working together with another guild off-server to consistently raid, but our combined cores are small. We’re all motivated to raid and push heroic content and do M+, but the group is a bit small to consistently push the progression in the raid or have the right balance for certain fights.
What I’m proposing:
- We’re interested in opening the Mischief raid community to another set (or individual players) to come work through Heroic BoD with us, and then slay Crucible of Storms too.
- We’re looking for a set of dedicated players to round out our group, people who will show up to the raids and are willing and intent on progressing.
We understand how important guild identity is, hence we’re trying to appeal to guilds or teams who are down on their numbers as well (for whatever reasons). That guild identity or server identity is important to us as well, hence our community.
Some more details:
- we currently raid Mon/Wed from 20:30 PM server until 23:00 PM server
- we have an in-game community under the banner of Mischief and use the Mischief Discord server (communication is open however and we’re not trying to make people part of Mischief - unless you want to be!)
- we’re pretty solid on tanks and melee dps, but could use more healers and ranged dps mostly
- our focus is Heroic right now, and we’ve cleared Normal and done 4/9 HC
- while we’re also recruiting for our actual guild, we’re looking to combine forces
