The following was posted on the US forum:

Okay. This is how I did it for someone on an EU server.
I had 2 bags of candy. The receipt noted 2 purchased.
I sent the pic of the receipt to Trolli on their website and after 5-6 hours I got confirmation that the receipt had be validated. They gave me 2 credits on the Trolli website. I redeemed each credit on the World of Warcraft selection and was emailed 2 codes.
I used 1 code for myself and gave the other code to the EU player and told him “We will see if this works. An experiment in the name of science.” He used the code on his EU account and sent me a battlenet screenshot that said it was accepted.
There was much cheering.

Now is my question, Is there a kind fellow collector in the US with a spare code for me ?

Meh, I was sent a receipt but they want US phone and address.

If they send the code by email, just use a random US phone number and address, just make sure the area codes match.

They only do if you can confirm the code that they send to the phone.
