BabySharkYes is a horde daytime raid guild. Created by members of the most progressed EU daytime morning raiding guild we have moved over to Horde with bigger aspirations and goals, namely to achieve CE each tier.
We are looking for players that have a certain set of skills! Not only those that play and know the fights well, but also meet the following:
Like raiding and are committed to it, regardless of how ‘good’ the tier is.
Have no problem keeping up with systems - reps, sockets, conduits, vault, keys
Are near 100% reliable on raid attendance - we are, and so should you, its 2 days.
Are communicative when needed
Are calm, patient, and somewhat positive, don’t burn out, do other things too outside of wow.
Admit their mistakes and work to improve themselves - don’t be defensive
Value their teammates time - being punctual and reliable
See themselves playing wow long term into the future
Like baby sharks, ofc.
