Based is a progressive, social guild on Magtheridon EU that is home to a cross realm raid group. We’re comprised of mature gamers who got sick of listening to epic gamer moments, and shouty, stressy players in raid and want to play and progress with likeminded players on a once a week basis with the emphasis on a friendly, laid back environment that clears content while keeping a strict three hour, one night a week raid schedule to allow for real life and other in game commitments, such as arena and m+ which some of our members have more of a focus on.
We have zero tolerance for discriminatory language or behaviour, and will not hesitate to remove players who do not share our ethos.
Our goal for Shadowlands is to develop in to a Mythic raiding group by the second tier and finish the expansion making good progress through Mythic content. In the first tier we expect to clear normal and AOTC in good time and close out with our mythic roster locked in.
Due to our restricted schedule, we expect high attendance from our raiders. If you cannot commit to one, three hour raid per week then we’re not the raid group for you. With that in mind, we understand that people have Real Lives 
and if you are going to miss a raid we expect you to inform us with as much notice as possible.

Requirements
- Voice Comms are essential.
- Prior raid exp, preferably at HC level and above.
- Progressive values. We want to create a fun, friendly and likeminded atmosphere
- Desire to improve your play.
- Good understanding of your class and spec.
