Background:
Based in the UK. The guild has be created by a few close friends who have been playing the game for over 10 years now, starting in Burning Crusade. For most of our wow journey we have been playing as alliance, but now we made a switch to horde to get a fresher feel for the game.
During our years we’ve had multiple experiences in progression guilds, but the commitments and conflicted schedules do not allow us to do this any more.
Side note - guild name originated from early days of Dota 2 when we ended up carrying our team mates to win in matches where they contributed close to nothing.
Aim:
Our short term goal is to get the guild up and running and create a friendly community. We want to firstly focus on running Mythic+ dungeons, +10 is the first goal and then possibly start to climb ranking with higher keys, depending on what people want.
Long term, we want to have enough people in the guild to run multiple dungeon groups as well as weekly normal or maybe even heroic raids.
Reason the mythic raids are not mentioned is because we are not looking for hardcore people who can put countless hours a week in the game, we are now grown up and have real life responsibilities unfortunately, which does not allow for such commitments.
We also enjoy running old content for transmog, achievements, etc.
Schedule:
Flexible, based on week to week. We all have jobs with various working hours and try our best to arrange times when everyone is available to play. Calendar events will be posted and people are free to sign up if they are free to play. There is no pressure on you to attend any specific day, however we want to make sure everyone get involved and does not miss out.
Communication:
Guild Chat, WoW Community, Discord.
Ideally during progression or new content we would like people to at the very least listen in discord, just makes life a little easier.
Summary:
Essentially anyone is welcome, you can even be a pure social player. No one is tied to a strict schedule and we make progress when we can. We are happy to coach new people too.
