Hello everyone! I am Gladi from the guild Fearless on Ragnaros Horde. We are looking to expand our guild in mainly 3 areas, Raiding, M+ and Social ![:slight_smile:](https://d1bg94bbsh66ji.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/slight_smile.png?v=6" ":slight_smile:")
Raiding:
We are looking to bolster our roster for the upcoming Battle of Dazar’alor raid in Mythic difficulty. We currently have 4/8M but have had serious roster issues over the last 2-3 months and a lot of our progression included carrying a few PUGs (I’m sure we all know the struggle of taking PUGs ![:confused:](https://d1bg94bbsh66ji.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/confused.png?v=6" ":confused:")
). We have fixed our roster issues over the holidays and are now looking to bolster our roster further with strong players.
We are aiming for Cutting Edge next tier and with a group of people in the raid team having Cutting Edge experience and the majority performing really well in terms of Logs (we average Epic Logs and have quite a few Legendary Logs across our raid team) and mechanics (we progress Zek’voz (a mechanics fight) in just 16 pulls) I honestly think Cutting Edge is in our reach!
We raid Wednesdays and Mondays 20:00-23:00 with an optional but suggested Heroic / Alt run on usually a Friday (this can vary based on my availability) where we clear Heroic and do a couple bosses on Mythic with people’s Alts.
We are looking for Ranged DPS (Mainly Mage) and possibly a Mistweaver, but all strong applications will be considered since a lot of our raiders have strong Alts they can switch to.
M+:
Outside of raiding, we have a good group of players that love spending their time in M+ runs. We have players in the guild that cover all kinds of levels of M+, people pushing +15s and higher, people who just want to do their +10s for the week and socials that want to do lower keys for fun or to gear up
The more M+ players we get in the guild, the easier and quicker it will be to make groups. We also feel that it greatly improves the social side of the guild if we have more M+ activity.
We are looking for any roles for M+ and there are no requirements since we have a spread of level of players
Social:
While a raid team and M+ players help with a social side of the guild, they tend to be more serious and only do content to push themselves. It is important to have a fun social side to the guild so everyone can enjoy being here we have a social officer as well as other officers that make social activities such as quizzes with prizes for everyone in the guild to participate in. We also strongly suggest / encourage socials to make events too, it’s not just Officers that have to make events if anyone ever has any ideas that they would like an Officer to make happen, we are always happy to help get an event going through announcements and guild message of the day etc.
Basically, we just want to have fun and make the guild a nice place to be ![:smiley:](https://d1bg94bbsh66ji.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/smiley.png?v=6" ":smiley:")
