**Initiation:**
<Nucleus Pro> {Hardcore PvP & Hardcore PvE}: a home for those with intent to leave a legacy on this server; in an open and honest community where players want to get the most out of their gameplay, through consistent practice and innovation. Nucleus Pro stands for indomitable dedication to become the best of the best. Skill, or the will to improve is an absolute necessity here. As stated above, we’re a 100% hardcore guild, which started independently yet is currently rapidly growing. When I started on Flamelash, I had a 4-day search for a ‘Hardcore’ guild, only to be dissapointed and delayed with the decision to finally start my own. Knowing this, we are determined to take over the server and settle for great goals, with a collection of R14-pushers included, a future of daily Battleground Premades with professional hosting and a whole bunch of PvE tryhards aswell who will aim for speed-kill record competition. Not one detail gets overlooked in this guild, we’ve an expanding management and selection of great Raid Leaders. I myself have over 9+ years Guild Leading experience, Rank 1 experience included. We know where we’re headed, we know our capabilities, we’re putting endless effort and it’s a matter of time for us to get where we wanna be.
To qualify a hardcore guild, to me means prioritizing progress over ANYTHING. Having whatever delay that must be dealt with immediately. A hardcore guild should also be defined by the goals they have as a collective, not through individualism. To put it simple; we allow Casual Players to have a role in this guild long as they have the skill, or will to improve to benefit us. Time is of no concern because of our weekly-scheduling and flexible rotation. We consider everyone’s available time and give every good player a chance, every player sits out from time to time aswell so that the overall satisfaction is good and the risk factor is 0 (E.G. Core Member not attending).
We’re again an honest and open community that can say whatever they want to eachother long as it’s not purposely attempting to make someone feel bad about themselves. Our leadership is innovative, passionate and knows how to deal with every given situation.
