About us:
Focus is the Result of Saligia-Saurfang moving Servers.
We of Focus are a semi-hardcore guild build up by old Raiding buddies (Cataclysm[Raggi Hc Server 1rst]), new Friend´s and similar thinking people. We take Raiding as serious as we need to, but all of us are in agreement that real-life is just as if not even more important then Raiding. We came to Ragnaros in hopes to find a higher quality of people with similiar minds, that like to raid in a Team that simply wants to progress at a reasonable rate for the times it´s raiding. Our goal is and will always be Cutting Edge.
What we expect:
Reliability - We usually run with a fairly small group so good attendance and showing up to all raid days is required. We understand that people have commitments/issues and we will not hold that against anyone, but would like u to let us know beforehand. An attendance of 75% is what we expect from our Raiders.
Criticism - You should be able to handle constructive criticism that is directed at you.
Communication - WoW and Raiding even more is a Team-effort and communication between people is the Key to succeed. You will be required to install Discord , where u should be able to Listen to what is said/asked of u and to Talk should the Situation require it .
Adapting - No one likes to get farmed, but sometimes the composition of a Raid can be a hindrence or some Tac´s are just not for you/us. You should be ready to throw things out of the Window and to adapt to personalised Tactics or a bad composition.
What we are looking for:
Please note that we will only accept People that are ready to raid and ask for at least Heroic lvl gear and a Neck with lvl 22.
