Raiding times : 2 times per week, thursdays and Sundays
Raiding times : 19-22:30, if progress or low % on boss we can go as long as 23.

You need to take part of the information given to you in time and not show up unprepared, meaning all pre-quests done, all consumables ready.
Look up your class, prepare it before every raid with all possible BiS gear, raiding strats, discord settings, proper addons, be at the raiding entrance on time.
Loot system : Loot council, thats bases on attendance, dedication and what gives the most efficiency to the raid team.
