I don’t see what the big deal is tbh. You can’t “steal” other guilds members. They’re making an offer to someone and that person may or may not have a legitimate reason for switching guilds. That’s their choice.
Just take it as a compliment that they want to recruit you and say “ty, but no ty”.

Are u 12 ? What does a guild poacher even mean ? Do you live on planet earth ? This is like imagine u play for a small town football club and then comes Manchester to ask you to play with them , ring a bell ? Now im not saying someone is that good or making any assumptions , all im saying is all the time everywhere in game and in the world there are better guilds , betteer companies , better sport teams and better bosses or owners or whatever u get my drift … what YOU gonna do with the offer has nothing to do with them being bad or behave bad. Grow up!
PS: and i just came here to see WTF is going on and why Earthshaker have 200 login queue 2 foking PM midday! Turns out login issues on Blizzard’s side as always . Now my friend u work for Blizzard and you prove yourself and u get 10 k a month and then comes google and say " Hey mate come with us for 20 k " my god these scummy poachers … LMAO
