Guild Aim
The guild is going to be a semi-hardcore 2day progress raiding guild for Shadowlands. The aim is to get CE every tier on a relaxed schedule as well as try for server first as a long term goal. Real life will be respected and a non-toxic environment enforced, however all raiders will be expected to pull their weight in return due to the limited raid time that we have.
Recruitment
We are currently open to DPS and Healers. Raiders willing to play multiple roles will always be desired.
What we look for:
- Reliable
- Self motivated to learn and improve
- Prepared for raids
- Able to take constructive criticism
We will not raid any extra days or extend. Alts will not be required.
You are welcome to level a fresh character instead of transferring until pre-patch. All raiders will be expected to have a character at 120 ready by pre-patch.
Leadership
Leadership is a council. No one person decides anything, and decisions will be voted with the original aims of the guild in mind. This also means responsibility won’t be on a single person to run the guild at any time. A member of the leadership council who does not pull their weight will be demoted. The title is not for show, and being on the council will not get you any free passes.
