JD Wetherspoons is a semi-hardcore 2-day raiding guild that strives to improve, get progress and achieve Cutting Edge. We want to make it clear that we will always maintain a chilled atmosphere with plenty of banter, once the boss is pulled, the focus is on the game. We have a solid foundation of raiders with high mythic experience that want to progress into mythic and clear it at a consistent pace.

What you can expect from us?
- A raid leader that has deep knowledge of encounters from the very first pull.
- Knowledge and effort of execution to achieve maximum efficiency from our short raiding hours

What do we expect from our players?
- Thorough understanding of their class/spec(s) and can analyse their own logs.
- Strives to improve every raid.
- Team player and not a lone wolf.
- Mature enough to cope with criticism.
- Optimal attendance (90%+) We know life happens and it can’t be helped sometimes…
- Understands the basic addon requirements for raiding like Method Raid Tools, Bigwigs etc.
- Become a close knit team by doing activities outside of raiding (Many of our members play other games together)
- Coming prepared by watching guides, having all consumables and optimizing gear/enchants using sims.
